Returns Policy

We make every effort to ensure that your order is carefully dispatched to you – and we hope that you are happy with your purchase.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase (including if you have simply changed your mind), simply return the item to us in its original unworn condition within 28 days from the date of order.

How to return an item


We offer a no hassle FREE UK RETURNS

Please email us at returns@loarshoes.co.uk to let us know you are returning shoes for a refund, it will also be helpful if you state the reason for the return. Please ensure you put a copy of your payment or relevant paperwork with the shoes you are returning so we know who they are from!

The above is in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected, but we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect or consequential loss or damage.

We’re sorry but we can’t offer an exchange as part of our returns process.

If you are returning something and need the same product in a different size or colour, or simply a replacement product, you need to place a new order for the item you require.  Your new order will be sent to you directly and we will process your return according to our returns policy as soon as we receive it.

If the shoes you buy turns out to be faulty, we will give you a refund or exchange the item if possible. Any postage or delivery charges you may have incurred will be refunded. If the item is not faulty but has suffered from excessive wear and tear, misuse or malicious damage, we will discuss the situation with you. We will not be able to offer a refund in such cases.

We offer a 28 days returns policy

In the event that you require a refund, please email us returns@loarshoes.co.uk

You will need to return your shoes in their original unworn condition as they will be inspected upon return, don’t forget to include all original packaging in the box. Once satisfied, a refund (excluding any postage costs) will be issued to your original payment method. Please note this is the only way we can issue a refund.

We aim to process all returns within 48 hours of receiving them and refunds will be credited via your original payment method
